Hidden away on a little side street, Table Lamp has a very hip and chill atmosphere. Great place to hang out and have a drink. Food is okay, but overpriced. Probably wouldn’t come back.

Five Spice Wagyu Beef with Crispy Vegetables and Lemon Sauce $16

The beef was cooked medium rare and quite soft. The crispy vegetables was half made up of fried spring onion. Who eats fried spring onion? 6/10

Duck in Basil Red Curry with Lychee and Pineapple $29

The curry was very watery and the flavour was just okay. The duck was cooked well and the tender meat just fell off the bone. Good with rice. 7/10

Twice cooked Pork Belly with Volcano Curry $34.90

Pork was very soft and good curry sauce to dip in. The chopped apples were a good side. 7.2/10

Saffron Barramundi, pan seared and tossed in Rice Paddy Herbs and Spring Onions, served with Kapi and Vietnamese Noodles $29.50

Barramundi was good and flavourful. Nothing too special about the rice noodles. Overpriced for what it was. 6.8/10

Chocolate Panna Cotta with Caramel Roasted Nut Crumble $14

Super rich panna cotta that tasted like a solidified hot chocolate. Interesting mix with the nuts. 6/10
