208 Mount Alexander Road
Travancore

Definitely feeling the Middle Eastern influence for this restaurant, from its décor to the menu options. Cosy seating options at the front for quick service and at the back to chill out. Food is good quality, but I do personally prefer the more usual brunch options. Would recommend to try out.

Skim Latte $3.80

Not too strong and not bitter at all. 7.8/10

Mocha $4.30

Good chocolate flavour and creamy froth. 8/10

Vegetarian Breakfast $17
House Made Pumpkin & Kale Loaf with Slow Roast Tomato, Mushrooms topped with a Poached Egg, Cauliflower and Almond Milk Puree & Sprinkled with Zataar Seasoning

Super healthy tasting loaf of kale and pumpkin. Would’ve been better with sauce because it was a bit on the dry side. Cauliflower and almond milk puree was interesting and pleasant. Good to try out. 7.5/10

Polenta Hotcakes $17
Fresh Berries, Pumpkin Kernels, Shredded Coconut & Rhubarb Strawberry Compote topped with Turkish Delight Booza & Persian Fairy Floss

The hotcake itself was quite moist and very delicious. It had a hint of sweetness itself but good to have with the berries. Not sure how I feel about the Turkish Delight Booza. Tasted a bit like berry flavoured frozen yoghurt. Would’ve preferred something creamier. 7.5/10
