Shop ramen is the go-to cool hipster joint for some Japanese noodles. The noodles are made on site which is impressive, but the prices are higher than the typical ramen joints. Broth was good but trying it out once is probably enough for me.
The cashew based milky broth was lightly seasoned which made it easy to finish to the end. The egg was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of gooeyness to the yolk. The veggies and tofu went well together. Would recommend if you decide to try out shop ramen. 7/10
Pork was soft, tender and just melts in your face mouth. Egg was perfect but broth was a bit too salty. A bit overpriced for what you get – two pieces of pork with an egg. 6.5/10
