Fabrica Café is a beautiful café hidden in the laneways of Fitzroy.

It has a minimalistic and simple décor that just makes you feel warm and cosy. The large sliding doors are able to open up to during the warmer months to bring the outdoors in, making it an awesome place for brunch!

Food here is generously sized with ingredients made fresh on site. Good selection of coffees and drinks too!

Homemade muffins
Delicious danishes
Latte $4

Decent coffee. 7/10

San Benedictus Eggs $19 with Slow Cooked Pulled Pork, Poached Eggs, Champagne Hollandaise on Sourdough

Massive serving size with generous amounts of hollandaise. The pork was decent, but with quite a bit of fatty bits to it. Eggs were poached perfectly! 7/10

Crushed Avocado $19 with Meredith Gippsland Goats Cheese, House Made Beetroot Slaw and Poached Egg on Pumpkin Bread + Gravlax Salmon (+$5)

Loved the mountain of avocado! Delicious with the beetroot and the pumpkin bread just tied it all in together. A beautiful and healthy dish. 7.5/10
